Our Story
We started because the ride kept letting people down.
Moonstar began with one SUV and one conviction — that a car service should be the least stressful part of a journey, not the part you brace for. The apps had made transport cheap and utterly unreliable: a different stranger each time, a price that moved while you watched, nobody to call when a flight slipped.
So we built the opposite. A deliberately small fleet, because three vehicles kept immaculate beats twenty kept adequately. A roster of chauffeurs we know by name, who get briefed on your itinerary before they turn the key. A dispatcher who picks up at three in the morning, because that is exactly when things go wrong.
Ten years and forty thousand journeys later, the approach hasn't changed. Most of our work now comes from people who rode with us once and simply never went back.
